Abstract
To power loss allocation for bilateral electricity transaction, a novel transaction power tracing based allocation method is put forward. Based on the method, this paper firstly introduces a framework for explicitly modeling bilateral transactions and specified contract paths through transforming the meshed network into tree type network. With the proposed method, it is possible to trace transaction power in the physical network, then transmission losses is partitioned to each transaction reasonably. The simulation on 5-bus system validated the equity and validity of the proposed method. The result shows the proposed allocation method leads to a more accurate reflection of quantity and distance of each transaction, and considers parallel flow and loop flow simultaneously.
