Abstract :
Satisfaction evaluation indexes of power customer are given in this paper according to the characteristics of power supply quality and customer satisfaction model. Because of the uncertainty of power customer satisfaction, this paper discusses a method for satisfaction evaluation and improvement model of power customer. Interval type-2 fuzzy sets and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to analyze and evaluate power customer satisfaction and related indexes. Improvement objectives are set and improvement measures are determined. In addition, the feasibility and effectiveness of this method is validated by an example.
