Abstract
In order to improve the utilization of photovoltaic-wind power system and reduce wind power curtailment, this paper proposes an integrated operation optimization scheduling strategy considering the photovoltaic-wind-pumped storage hybrid power, which is based on coordinated operation of wind power and the pumped storage hydro power station. Through load shifting performance of pumped storage hydro unit, volatility of photovoltaic-wind power system can be alleviated. Based on this, this paper establishes a multi-objective optimization scheduling model which considers unit generation cost and pollutant emission. Non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm (NSGA-II) is adopted to solve the model. Numerical results show comprehensive optimality of both economic and environmental benefits. The rationality and effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm is verified.
