Abstract :
For the problem of safety measures in maintaining work of smart substation´s secondary system, this paper proposes a warning strategy according to correlation model. The strategy revolves around maintained IED, searches for relationship with other IEDs and establishes correlation model according to SCD file. The safety measures can be built automatically based on the correlation model, and can also be used to check if the work ticket and operation ticket are correct and comprehensive before they are executed. In addition, the setting of safety measures at substation site can be online read through MMS message. The warning strategy compares the read results with the given safety measures step by step, and maintaining work can be carried out only when all steps are passed.
