Abstract :
Substation anti-maloperation blocking system plays a key role in safe operation of power grids. Anti-maloperation blocking test is necessary before commissioning of the substation to ensure the correct blocking when mal-operated. The development of the smart substation puts forward higher requirements and provides more advanced technology. The common test methods are complex and inefficient, and possible of missed operation. On the basis of analysis of smart substation anti-maloperation blocking test principle, this paper researches on automatically testing method based on IEC61850 in substation bay level. In addition, an automatic test system with built in logic rules has been designed to complete the test efficiently, accurately and comprehensively.
