Abstract
Condition assessment of gas-insulated switchgear (GIS) is an important approach to provide decision-making for condition maintenance which improves the operation reliability of power systems. Indices system of operation condition assessment for GIS is established according to its operation condition which is related to quite a few factors. A part of the factors is vague. Constant weight is determined by the interval analytic hierarchy process while variable weights are obtained by using entropy method to correct constant weight, which improving the accuracy of the condition assessment. The correlation function of each index is constructed by using extension theory. The status level and the corresponding GIS´s maintenance strategies based on the relationship between function values, the note value and warning value are specified by the procedures. Example analysis shows that condition assessment of GIS based on a variety of information is more rational and effective.
