  • Abstract
    The paper proposes a design scheme of integrated supervisory control system which is suitable for both 110kV dry-type transformer and intelligent substation. Some special problems such as how to measure temperature in the high voltage winding is discussed in the paper. Fiber grating sensor is used in the system because of its strong anti-interference ability and accuracy for temperature. The installation method, quantity and trace of fiber are also discussed. The grounded current of core and working current could be monitored through the high precision current transformer. The supervisory and control intelligent electronic device (IED) is used the modular design method based on high-performance ARM processor in order to improve the hardware and software efficiency. It receives the value of winding and core temperature, ambient temperature, grounded current, and analyzes the status of transformer. According to the data the IED could control the cooling fan to reduce the temperature. The IED also can deliver the data to substation control layer using IEC 61850. The comprehensive application server could display the panoramic data such as monitoring and warning data of transformer.
