Abstract :
In view of the complex internal structure of the transformer, this paper presented the theoretical foundation of high sensitivity ultrasonic sensor signal receiving mechanism, and the relationship between ultrasonic signal amplitude modulation information and the location and shape information of the transformer internal structure. Through the study of ultrasound folding and reflection law in different internal media of transformer, the relationship between ultrasonic signals and the transformer internal structure is revealed, and the internal structure of transformer is imaged.
