Abstract :
In order to improve the reliability of mining electrical equipments and to ensure the safe operation of power system in coal mine, a design scheme of mining permanent magnet sealed vacuum circuit breaker operating mechanism control system was proposed. Hardware circuit and software program of control system were designed on the basis of PIC single chip microcomputer, including IGBT drive circuit and the control signals transport circuit. Research the IGBT action over voltage buffer technique and hardware anti-jamming technique. The experiment shows that the system can control the permanent magnetic actuator to drive mine permanent magnet sealed type vacuum circuit to complete the breaker switching operations, which meets the design expectations.
