Abstract :
With the development of photovoltaic (PV) industry, some methods of defrauding PV subsidies appeared because of the way it generates power and the government subsidy policy. These behaviors of defrauding PV subsidies are called electricity stealing of PV. This paper summarizes the research status of the traditional anti-electricity stealing technology and electricity stealing of PV. Four typical methods of photovoltaic electricity stealing are introduced in principle and analyzed on economic costs from aspects of cost of electricity stealing, quantity of electricity stealing, earning of electricity stealing and time of recovering cost. Finally, on the basis of related research, several ideas to distinguish electricity stealing of PV are proposed in this paper.
