Abstract :
In recent years, the AVC technology has been widely used as a main method of centralized monitoring, analysis and calculation for reactive power and voltage state in the whole power grid. It´s optimally controlled from an overall angle for wide-area distributed power grid reactive device. The AVC sys tem of Jinshan District is based on the OPEN3000 platform. In the process of system running, we are faced with many problems. We propose the Voltage and Reactive Power closed-loop control system should aim at reducing the whole network loss and on load voltage regulating joint adjustment numbers, ensuring each node voltage qualification and the most reasonable compensation of Capacitor equipment operation, while it should also keep in the core of the Centralized Control Center (Dispatching Center or Distribution Center), to the principle of Expert system and Fuzzy control, and as a mean of on-load voltage regulating joint gear in each substation and capacitor switching regulator control and coordination. The solution effectively improved the bus voltage qualification rate and reduced the equipment operation numbers and the reactive power loss. The AVC system is running in good condition at present.
