Abstract :
We demonstrated a novel channel monitoring system that utilizes Fabry-Perot tunable filters and a low-cost Fabry Perot (F-P) laser as a reference source. Wavelength monitoring of 8 channels spaced 0.8nm apart was achieved with an accuracy of 0.01nm
