  • Abstract
    The power battery of electric vehicle may be limited by battery safety issues and power problems. The key points of this paper are firstly it combines discrete Fréchet distance method with discharge curve identification method, and then it proposes a kind of new state of health diagnose method base on line testing platform. Through the CAN communication module, the system could control the power battery to finish on line full charge and discharge test. And also the system could get the actual operational status data to build life cycle databases of electric vehicle, which can predict the state of health diagnose. The results of the SOH could guide power battery safety assessment and balance maintain. Through analyzing simulation results between the SOH diagnose results with returned test data results, qualitative indicates the decline of EV battery.
