Abstract :
In order to adapt to system requirements of "Operation" and achieve a high degree of integration about the county two grid business, Proposed a set of principles to differentiate construction to achieve a modern grid with automation, information technology, interactive features targeted distribution net work dispatching automation system building programs. For distribution automation management needs and characteristics, analyzed of differences between energy management system (EMS) and distribution anagement system(DMS) from modeling, basic functions, analysis applications and information interactive applications of distribution network. From the perspective of the integration of EMS / DMS functional integration or independent construction, according to the scale of construction in different areas, proposed two kinds of construction ideas includes EMS / DMS independent and integration, and given in detail construction mode. Depending on the construction model, discussed the problem to be solved such as data collection, fault handling, electronic wiring diagram and implementation methods. Analysis of the risks to upgrade existing areas dispatching system into integration of dispatching system which includes distribution net work.
