Abstract :
Nowadays, Scheduling is a basic activity in large scale systems which have unexpected and more complexity demands. Instances of these complex systems can be found in manufacturing, logistics, economics, traffic control and biology such as social insects and immune systems. Number of entities and their interconnections are the reasons that steer researchers to find a solution, which is not based on central control structures. Multi-agent based architecture, is distributed collections of interacting entities that function without a supervisor. Additionally, the advantage of holonic self-organization concepts has proved to enable better performances to be achieved. According to these principles, several approaches have been designed, but none can be truly handle emergency demands in industrial environment. This paper proposes a holonic control architecture, with self-organization method. The proposed architecture main factor is high percentage of autonomy for controller holons, to provide parallel processes that cause reduce output delivery time and task priority in an unexpected situation that cause reduce time delay to handle critical tasks. The architecture was tested under a simulation environment.
