Abstract
Indium sulfide Nano layers were deposited on SiO2 amorphous substrates by chemical bath deposition technique at 70°C temperature aqueous solution temperature and pH=2.2 constant value. Cu+3 ions by different concentration dopped from CuCl2 source into In2S3 layers. Produced layers post annealed at 400°C about one hour. Optical reflectance measured in the wavelength of 350-950 nm by spectrophotometer. Other optical properties and optical band gaps were calculated using Kramers-Kronig relations on reflectivity curves.
