  • Abstract
    In the 21st century, electricity supply will face more and more challenges, trends of low-carbon economy and energy conservation work requirements for safe and reliable operation of power systems and green economic development put forward new and higher requirements. With the increasing complexity of the power system and power system operating environment continues to advance, the traditional power network needs to further improve and achieve the transition to a smart grid. Supporting role in the new era of smart grid of low-carbon electricity system, with the role of energy conservation and clean development, research proposed based on clean production, reduce losses, and optimize end-saving investments can be able to low-carbon electricity system construction and development to provide the necessary support, it has very important significance.
