Abstract
This paper analyses a new point dispersal method that uses a direct interpolation function to build the relationship among internal dispersal points. For the boundary condition that is rather a problem faced by all point dispersal methods we use a basic electromagnetic integral equation. This method exerts the advantage of convenient pre-processing of the point dispersal method to solve the boundary value problem of an electromagnetic field. In this paper, its application on a power transformer is given to verify the proposed method
