Abstract :
This paper proposes an ultra-low voltage charge pump circuit working at an input voltage as low as 100 mV. Most of the micro energy sources work typically in the voltage range of 100 mV. The proposed circuit provides an output voltage of 1 V which is sufficient enough to power low energy-consuming portable devices, biomedical applications such as body sensor networks and remote area monitoring wireless sensing networks.
