Abstract :
In this paper, we propose a totally new experimental instrument for studying the magnetic properties with 3D excitations. The design of the tester, sample, field sensors are outlined. Some results of 3D finite element field analysis are presented. This testing system is being constructed in the Laboratory of Electrical Engineering, University of Technology, Sydney
