  • Abstract
The determination of the efficiency of electric devices has taken a wide range of scientists´ efforts and time to find an easy and accurate measure method. Following this trend, the authors present a new approach to measure and calculate the efficiency of any power electronic device. The analysis is based on the heat transfer theory and the fundamental theorem of thermodynamics. It uses possible ways of heat transfer in the surrounding conditions of this experiment to calculate the power loss in an acceptable and accurate manner
