Abstract :
Low crosstalk LD and PD arrays for high-speed parallel optical communications have been developed. No de gradation of BER characteristics caused by crosstalk among channels in an array was observed under asynchronous 3.125 Gbps/spl times/4-channel operation compared to that under single channel operation.
