Abstract :
Nowadays the use of internet is rapidly increasing. The advancement in the technology has lead to the increase in the speed of transmitted data over the network. There is a chance of copyright of individual´s creation where the information is vulnerable to the unauthorised parties. So we need to preserve individual´s creation from the copyright. Hence there is a need in digital watermarking technique. The main aim of the project is to investigate the effect of peak signal to noise ratio (PSNR) values for digital images using 5/3 2D Lift DWT based watermarking technique. The proposed system is designed with an efficient secured algorithm for enhancing the visual quality. The results show that the secret data/watermark data can be hidden by making it invisible. Hence invisible watermarking technique can be used to secure the data and helps to preserve individual´s creation from copyright.
