Abstract :
In order to strengthen the cultivation of undergraduates´ technical skills and practical ability, based on "Situated Cognition Theory" and "Learning by Doing" teaching theory, we construct PTSBPD. In this model, we introduce "project system" and "tutorial system" into practical teaching, integrate and utilize campuses´ IT resources to improve undergraduates´ practical and innovational abilities through real projects development and implementation. X University has implemented this model for three years, and the result shows that PTSBPD is an efficient path to cultivate undergraduates´ technical skills and practical ability.
