Abstract
Flipped classroom has been a general concern of the education sector, the exploration and attempt of flipped classroom has already begun. The effect of flipped classroom is the key and the concern. The experimental research data in a primary school in Wuxi showed that flipped classroom teaching was effective. The main results were: students´ learning motivation was significantly enhanced, students´ learning effect had been obviously improved, the cognitive load was reduced, students of groups "good" and "still need efforts" were influenced significantly. Through the student interview, we found that the students´ personalized learning needs needed to be further satisfied and the full implementation of flipped classroom needed to be further considered, which provided us with some reflection and inspiration.
