Abstract :
Understanding is the adhesive to integrate fragmentization knowledge into a system, it is also the core value of learning in the process of informatization transformation. Learning assessment should change from paying attention to memorizing knowledge to paying attention to the understanding of knowledge. The main purpose of this study is to construct a learning assessment framework based on understanding and we aim at regarding students in-depth understanding of knowledge as the core value, charging the core knowledge as the assessment carrier, taking students´ understanding level as the evaluation standard, creating a learning environment benefits for understanding and promoting learners´ creative thinking through multivariate evaluation conducive and process evaluation throughout learning.
