Abstract :
With the development of social media such as Weibo and We chat, people accept this interactive method imperceptibly, even engage in and enjoy this process. But most time, social networks are established for entertainment. MTRIS is the first practice to establish the social network in the area of continuing education based on the size of training in Peking University. In order to make the best use of the system and the social network, it combines different functions together to support the management, teaching and research in the integration system. In the exploration of the new system, researchers found it´s difficult to abstract and engage users in the virtual space. Not only perfect function, user-friendly interface and advanced technology, but also useful mechanism, strategy and proper roles play important role in the operation of MTRIS.
