Abstract :
In order to determine the stability regions of wind turbine generators in the process of operation, and make wind turbine generators can be faster to stable through add some necessary control link (as V function). In this paper, theorems and applications of the Lure Lyapunov function are given, the generalized mathematical model of tower system are established by a series of physical analysis and mathematical derivation. So we can obtain improved V function of tower system and get the security and stability regions in operation and take stability control, the stable operation regions of the wind turbines can be got. Obtained the tower transfer function by the state space equation, and through the impulse response of the transfer function that add a new control link by the Lyapunov function to optimize the stability and controllability of WTGs in the process of operation, determined the safety threshold constant S and the critical threshold constant γm, given the V function control optimization case of 1.5 MW wind turbines, prove the application value of the Lyapunov function in the stable operation of wind turbines, theoretically provides a sufficient condition for the strict judgment stability of the WTGs.
