Abstract :
With new energy requirements increase in power market environment, wind power development has played a very significant role in renewable energy area for improving the energy structure, climate change and energy security issues. The dispatching of grid-connected wind turbines impacts the stability of the power system to a large degree. In recent years, there are many wind power dispatching studies which based on power forecasting. This paper, different from those studies, do not focus on the wind resources, but the fatigue character of turbines. According to the discussion of several multiracial fatigue theories and the competition of several common fatigue damage cumulative rules, the most appropriate failure method for the key parts of wind turbine was gotten. By using the software of Bladed, the model of wind generator was simulated and the time history of fatigue load was gotten. The fatigue load spectrum was gotten by using rain-flow counting method. And then, chance constrained programming (CCP) was adopted to establish the mathematical model of power system integrated wind power dynamic dispatching, which based on fatigue character.
