Abstract :
As a clean new energy, wind power draws the attention of the world and wind power generation gets a scale development in recent years. There exposed many problems along with the rapid development of wind power at the same time. The time of most large modern grid connected wind turbine put in to use is not long. Lack of both the accumulation of the practical experience and the research on the fault mode and the operation state bring a lot of problems to the research. This paper mainly makes a statistical analysis on the actual operation failure data of large wind turbines belonging to Huadian new energy company and also analysis the fault conditions of other wind farms. A comparative analysis of the large wind turbines´ failure data may provide technical support for the maintenance task in the later, realize the normal and unified maintenance management of the wind power equipment, and improve the level of operation and maintenance which will finally lead to the reduction of the failure rate and maintenance cost.
