Abstract
This paper deals with the charging infrastructure for EVs in Beijing. By analyzing GPS and vehicle data from 38 real customers, a first statement could be worked out: Most customers drive, park and charge within the sixth ring road, charge at home and approach the same districts during the test duration. Additionally, different types of districts in Beijing generate various charging options. Especially the semi-public and private charging network could handle most of the user cases.
