Abstract
This research proposes user interface requirement guidelines when designing a tour website for older people. At the moment, because of the increased shift from manual to an automated method to acquire services such as accessing a tour websites, it is important to give more attention to design and development that caters to the needs of the older people. Currently, there are some design problems in the website that targeting older people who not cater to their functional impairments. This research focuses on by producing a list of recommended user interface requirement guidelines through the interview technique and proposes suitable quality attributes when designing the tour website. Interview feedback from the older people derives recommended user interface requirement guidelines which will enable the identification of the older website usability problems and cater the appropriate measurement.
