Title :
Strong-field effects in semiconductors: femtosecond dynamics of electro-magneto-excitons
Author_Institution :
Dept. of Phys., Surrey Univ., Guildford, UK
Abstract :
A new method is introduced that can trivially incorporate Coulomb, static, terahertz, and magnetic fields to all orders in semiconductor nanostructures. Novel wavepackets are presented and corresponding absorption spectra agree with recent experiments.
