Abstract
We propose and demonstrate a single spatial light modulator joint transform correlator with adaptive mean processing for reducing harmonic peaks. Compared with the binary joint transform correlator, the proposed scheme provides better correlation performance with insignificant harmonic terms under multiobject and noise background.
