Abstract :
The implementation of an information technology application should not be seen as a mere adherence to technology. The implementation must be committed in order to be a process of assimilation of that IT, for it to be used and can maintain both its legitimacy, technological cohesion and economic fitness continuously. This assimilation and use is a diffusion process in all processes and activities of the organization. Organizations need to understand and successfully manage the implementation process, and in the case of LMS teachers should be part of this process, to ensure that it succeeds. In conducting these processes are taken actions / initiatives that may or may not get the desired effects. It is necessary, then, to adopt the most suitable initiatives at the same time it is necessary to check (s) his effect (s).
