The implementation of an information technology application should not be seen as a mere adherence to technology. The implementation must be committed in order to be a process of assimilation of that IT, for it to be used and can maintain both its legitimacy, technological cohesion and economic fitness continuously. This assimilation and use is a diffusion process in all processes and activities of the organization. Organizations need to understand and successfully manage the implementation process, and in the case of LMS teachers should be part of this process, to ensure that it succeeds.
