Abstract
Metal-organic deposition with low fluorine content precursor solution (LF-MOD) can be used for large-scale fabrication of YBCO coated conductor with advantage of reducing the long fabrication period compared to traditional TFA-MOD. In this paper 5-layer YBCO films were prepared with thickness over 2.5μm by LF-MOD. And then the effect of high-temperature annealing time of 2h, 4h, 6h, respectively on the morphology and texture of YBCO films were systematically investigated. The results show that film of 6h annealing performs best.
