Abstract :
This paper presents the measured results of microstrip filter with NBCO film. Transmission properties as a function of temperature have been measured in detail for NBCO filters. The newly fabricated eight-pole NBCO filter exhibits a 1-dB bandwidth of 6 MHZ at 508 MHz resonant frequency with insertion loss of 0.35 dB at 80 K. The results suggest that filter using NBCO film provides better performance at operating temperature above 77 K.
