Abstract :
This paper presents the unilateral fin-line coupler designed in two different structures, including the ring hybrid and coupled slot in W band. Using even-odd mode technique, 3 dB couplers are designed for the power allocation or compound in millimeter-wave circuits. The simulation indicates the results in W band are close to the theoretical analysis. The method can be applied in designing unilateral fin-line circuits.
