Abstract
To demonstrate the feasibility of communication at atmospheric window 0.33 Terahertz (THz), design a 0.33THz receiver front-end, which include receiving antenna, 0.33THz Mixer, local oscillator and IF LNA. RF signal is generated by 110GHz local oscillator and 330GHz Tripler, putout power is beyond 0dBm without transmitting antenna. According to the test condition, just test the IF power.
