Abstract :
In this paper, a Coplanar Waveguide (CPW) delay line (16λg and 32λg @ 34.2GHz) is proposed, with thin film technology. Compared with other structures, it´s more easily to achieve Simulation Index, a smaller dispersion and VSWR, strong anti-interference ability, light-weight; 12.2×16.5×0.254 mm3 for 16λg and 14×22.6×0.254mm3 for 32λg. The final simulation results: the Insertion Loss (16λg) is less than is 2.85dB, the VSWR is better than 1.115; the Insertion Loss (32λg) is less than is 4.622dB, the VSWR is better than 1.61.
