Abstract
In this work, thermal resistance and transmittance of different multilayer walls built from hollow clay bricks was computed using electrical analogy. For this aim a special program was written in Mathemtica language for various types of bricks and wall conventionally used in Morocco. The influence on the thermal resistance of the insulation material filling cavities was also analyzed. Furthermore the compliance of the walls studied with the prescriptive specifications of the Moroccan Thermal Regulation of Construction was examined for the six climatic zones.
