Abstract :
The infrared thermography technique developed in the present study was successfully applied to determine the scale thicknesses in the steel pipe. By finite element method we have calculated the infected pipe surface temperature. We have developed a model for estimation the thickness scale on the inner surfaces pipe. Pipe dimensions and scale layer are taken as geometrical parameter. We have studied the effect of each one on the considered structure parameter. This information is important for estimating the dangerous state of water distribution network in industry.
