Abstract
In this paper the dynamic effects of quantum well laser (QWL) has been investigated. This study is based on solving the numerical simple rate equations according to cavity length effect. Using these equations the photons and carriers densities and the output power can be determined. It has been found that the output power becomes more important at lower cavity length. Obtained results exhibit that dynamic behavior of photons density is linear whereas, it´s quasi-exponential for carrier´s density. From carrier´s density value about 5.1015/cm3, the QWL optical amplification saturation is achieved. Output power is proportional for photons density however, it´s seems to be non-linear for carrier´s density. Moreover, we observe that it´s inversely proportional for length cavity.
