Abstract :
In this paper, we present a switched-beam antenna including a 4×4 Butler matrix and novel, compact, broadband CPW-fed uniplanar monopole array antennas at ISM band that were all fabricated with FR4 substrate. The decreased cost and fairly good performance undoubtedly confirm its promising application in the low-tier wireless communication system such as PHS, DCS and wireless LAN.
