Abstract :
In this paper, we discuss the detection of target in sea clutter for distributed MIMO sky-wave radar. Noticing the phenomenon that the sky-wave radar sea clutter Doppler spectrum is sharp at a few frequency points, the sea clutter can be described by a low-rank subspace for different transmit receive pair of distributed MIMO sky-wave radar. We take the way like[1] to establish a generalized-likelihood ratio test (GLRT). The proposed sea clutter models are bases on monostatic scatter, not suitable to the bistatic scattering situation of each transmit-receive pair of distributed MIMO sky-wave radar. In order to construct the clutter subspace which will be used as prior knowledge for detector, a sea clutter model is proposed for the distributed MIMO sky-wave radar. Then the knowledge-aided detector is established. Numerical simulation verified the effectiveness of the sea clutter and the detector.
