Abstract :
This paper discusses the simulation of Ka band large waveguide slotted antenna array using symmetry based on higher-order Method of Moment (MoM). Compared with the traditional MoM, higher-order MoM largely reduce the unknowns of the problem and makes it possible for us to simulate the large waveguide slotted antenna array with high accuracy. The symmetry technique make the problem reduce to half or even a quarter for the symmetry objects, thus the compute time and storage are largely decreased. Moreover, the using of parallel calculation further accelerates the solving speed. Numerical examples are presented to prove the efficient of this method.
