Abstract :
This paper describes the development of a method for the geometric correction of imagery from the EROS A1 satellite. The correction method is based on a rigorous orbital/attitude model. The result from testing the method demonstrates the possibility to orthorectify EROS A1 scenes to sub-pixel accuracy. The method is now used in the standard production of ortho-rectified EROS A1 images at the Metria production facility
