  • Abstract
    The present techenique show that proposed metamaterial (MTM) structure is proposed for better increament in the impedance bandwidth and reduction in the return loss at operating frequency 2.5 GHz. The proposed antenna designed on low cost FR-4(lossy) substrate and this proposed antenna is fed by 50 Q microstrip line and having dimension is 28.17(L) Mmx28.78(W) Mm xl.6(h) Mm by using CST MWS Software. This paper show Design of rectangular split ring with introducing gap in secong ring with thin wire. The bandwidth of metamaterial increased upto 128.8MHz as comparison to RMPA and Return loss = -29.263176dB. This antenna have WIMAX application in communication at 2.5 in S-band.
