Abstract :
Currently, the demand of the lithium-ion battery is increasing as the power storage device for the Smart House performing the Home Energy Management System (HEMS) by using solar power. However, solar power generation system is unstable by weather condition. Therefore, it is necessary to the power conversion systems which can supply a stable power to the lithium-ion battery. In this study, we develop the new charging system by using the SiC device in order to achieve high conversion efficiency.
